General Assessment: ($120.00 /year; $10.00 /month)
Covers: Street lighting costs (electricity), snow removal, mowing and other
maintenance of common areas, postage and other Association operating costs,
and community-sponsored activity costs (annual picnic/meeting).
Street Assessment: ($420.00 /year; $35.00 /month)
Covers: All costs associated with the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our
