Our Neighborhood By-Laws
During 2013 the NVHA Board held several meetings concerning a number of revisions to our by-laws.
These revisions were shared with the neighborhood and were voted on by the board.
They were recorded at the Wood County Courthouse and went into effect on September 27, 2014.
